is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to fill a full-time role for an Office Administrator to support our growing project team.
This position will be based out of Leduc, Alberta. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of company equipment and supplies.
- Prepare ground disturbance packages and emergency response plans.
- Prepare environmental data tables and borehole logs to support decision making.
- Provide support for reporting deliverables such as Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Detailed Site Assessments (DSAs).
- Ensure the quality of deliverables being issued meet project and corporate standards.
- Communicate with the field and office leads about aspects of the project.
- Manage large volumes of deliverables effectively.
- QAQC processed data and complete quality checks.
- Perform all assigned training and follow office safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Report to the Director of Operations and communicate workload, as well as opportunities and challenges to ensure our team continues to learn and progress.
Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will:
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills are required (i.e., formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs)
- Experience with invoicing and accounting is an asset.
- Proficient at data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Understanding of upstream oil and gas industry and the aspects of environmental consulting businesses.
- Possess excellent teamwork skills to work positively and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive working relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with a safety mindset, critical thinking and strong attention to detail, and a focus on efficient task execution.
- A degree or technical diploma in an environmental discipline will be considered an asset.
- Must possess a valid Class 5 (nonGDL) driver's licence.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
