Responsibilities:

Ensuring exemplary service and a high level of cleanliness throughout the building, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Collecting refuse from common areas.
Housecleaning occupied suites, those vacated by resident, and preparing suites for new residents.
Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Cleaning public washrooms.
Laundry.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a retirement residence or hotel setting an asset.
Experience in housekeeping routines and use of equipment.
Ability to relate to elderly persons showing courtesy and understanding.
Ability to follow instructions and to work as a team member.
Must be available days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
A passion for providing customer satisfaction and quality service.
