Objectives/Responsibilities
You will be a part of implementing existing, and new marketing strategies which include but are not limited to the following:

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to help achieve the marketing objectives of maintaining and strengthening our brand
Establishing and maintaining a consistent content creation timeline
Supporting marketing campaigns by coordinating with vendors and team members
Developing, proofreading and editing content for various marketing materials like print, broadcast, online content, etc. to ensure consistency in branding
Coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and development of highquality marketing campaigns and material
Maintaining online presence including print, website, social media and other marketing assets
Repurposing, advising, updating, and developing content on our platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business
Preparing and updating marketing reports by collecting and analyzing data

Supporting SEO optimization strategy and website content

Other duties will be assigned as required

Mandatory Qualifications

13 years of experience in a marketing/communicationrelated role with an understanding of content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts
Certification or Diploma in Marketing
Excellent project management, multitasking and decisionmaking skills backed with prior experience.
Well developed communication and writing skills.
Flexible to adapt to current trends and update marketing campaigns accordingly.
Adhering to timeliness and performing under pressure to achieve set targets.
Familiar in traditional and digital marketing methods
Ability to work well independently or in a team

At Wilsons, the marketing coordinator's role is diverse and dynamic. You will work on several different tasks that shape the company's marketing efforts. Marketing concepts are derived from a great understanding of our brand and target audience.
Project management will be at the forefront of your day to understand how to prioritize your tasks.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, where project management skills will help you complete tasks on time and achieve your targets.

In addition to project management, content creation is another integral aspect of your role, so communication skills will come into play.

We use content to attract attention to our brand and services so the content you develop should stand out and carve a niche in the market.

From writing engaging long form content, creating catchy radio ad scripts, and social media updates, responding to reviews, to help design eye-catching graphics, you are responsible for producing compelling content that captures the attention of potential customers.

Being creative is another core component in your role as a marketing coordinator at Wilsons where we try to find unique marketing angles for our products and services which include exciting methods of attracting the audience's attention.

As your day progresses, you will handle multiple tasks, from reviewing and approving marketing material to coordinating with external vendors and agencies.

In between there's always time for brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing challenges.

However, your role isn't just about project management and content creation. A key part of your day is also dedicated to fostering relationships.

Whether it's nurturing existing partnerships with key stakeholders or building new connections with media contacts, you understand the importance of fostering strong relationships to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
