Position Overview
The Installer is responsible for completing tasks related to the installation of various types of
dispensers. They install the equipment, remove old equipment and test to ensure proper
function.

Relevant Experience & Knowledge:

Promotes a positive, constructive work environment with a customer service focused

D.I.R.T.F.T. attitude

Represents the Swish brand to the customer at installation site(s)
Works safely and ensures accurate and timely installation of dispensers
Responsible for ensuring work area is kept organized and that all removed materials are

cleaned and removed from site to be recycled or disposed

Proactively communicates request(s) of customers to appropriate Swish personnel.
Deliver and installs product from customer sites as directed per TDG safe handling

procedures

Follows all Health and Safety guidelines
Accountable for documenting hours worked and mileage incurred with personal vehicle

Qualifications:

Experience:

Commitment to accuracy and detail oriented
Experience in Installer role preferred
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with excellent Customer Service skills
