Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Contract Management and Vendor Management support for our client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI's
Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
