As a Janitor you will be responsible to perform general repairs and day-to-day cleaning duties and ensure the residents live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment.

What You Will Do:

Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas and other designated areas.
Perform routine general repairs, painting, plumbing, yard work and other duties as assigned.
Assist in unloading deliveries and supporting with residence needs.

What You Will Need:

Related work experience
Must possess valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 pounds
