MIDLAND Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram LTD is looking for a DRIVEN, dynamic, team player as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
. We're looking for a positive team member who is committed to the development and growth of our sales and accounting departments.
The Full-Time Receptionist will play a crucial role in the dealership environment, by welcoming customers into the dealership, handling phones, attending to customer needs and performing cashier duties as required.
Hours of work would be:
Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones
- Checking in vehicles
- Stocking in units
- Filling
- Logging sales calls / walk ins
- Licensing
- Dealer Trade arrangements
- Ordering of supplies
- Accounting functions ( entering information)
- Taking payments
- Cleaning
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
- Previous receptionist experience considered an asset
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver's record
