Role Overview:


As a Sales Representative focused on filling and packaging machinery, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

You will be responsible for developing leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Your expertise in the industry coupled with your exceptional sales skills will be instrumental in driving our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan, documenting all sales activities in a CRM system.
  • Identify sales opportunities, make sales calls, and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and qualifying potential accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decisionmakers across different functional levels within accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed sales forecasts for filling and packaging machinery.
  • Adhere to company commercial processes and utilize value propositionbased selling techniques.
  • Attend trade shows to showcase products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with key brand partners to drive sales initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as needed to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in capital equipment sales within the packaging industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally.
  • Valid passport for international travel.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for personal and professional growth.

Work hours:
Office from 8:30am to 4:30pm


Supplementary income:
Commision of 3% on all projects sold


Valid Canadian passport

office based as well as travel required


Salary:
$55,000.00 per year
