Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support:


  • Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and sales presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Follow up on leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Marketing Support:


  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and product catalogs.
  • Help organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Maintain organized files and records of sales and marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and invoices.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionally spoken and written English and French

Soutien aux ventes:
