Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food safety by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, counters, and equipment
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus
