Essential Job Duties:


  • Post and reconcile retail and wholesale vehicle deals.
  • Maintain and reconcile relative schedules on a routine basis.
  • Process payment posting of vehicle chattel.
  • Maintain inventory of deal files.
  • Aftermarket purchase reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Monthly Inventory reconciliation and audits.
  • Provide support on deal administration matters.
  • Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality with sales commission information.

Position Requirements:


  • Accounting knowledge required; College Diploma in business or accounting preferred.
  • 2 years Automotive dealer accounting experience considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of CDK and One-Eighty Dealer software is an asset.
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong Data entry experience.

This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience

Permanent - Full time


Salary:
$40,000 - $43,000 per year
