    Role Overview

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Ads at BoomerangFX, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies, optimizing ad performance, conducting research, and managing a portfolio of B2C clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Handling New Launch Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audience.

    Optimization Management: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI. Implement A/B testing, adjust targeting parameters, and refine ad creatives as necessary.

    Keyword and Competitive Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign optimization strategies.

    Client Management: Manage a portfolio of 15-20 B2C clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign performance and optimization efforts.

    Daily Workload Management: Review performance metrics from the previous day's campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimization plans. Provide detailed reports to the manager on campaign performance and proposed optimizations.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

    Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and PPC campaigns.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
