About the Role:


You will contribute by:


  • Hands on implementation of Infrastructure as Code
  • Perform load testing
  • Perform security audits
  • Maintain highlyavailable production environments serving multimillion pageviews/week
  • Manage code deployment processes
  • Manage our support ticketing system
  • Administration of our Video Management System
  • Assist in vendor investigation
  • Strategize and identify new technologies and tools to improve performance, stability, revenue
  • Auditing our current infrastructure and providing recommendations for improvements

Skills and Experience you will bring:

  • Cloud: AWS experience is required, GCP is a plus
  • Infrastructure as Code is required: AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform
  • Containerization skill is required: Docker, ECS
  • Scripting: Bash, Python (Django framework nice to have)
  • CI/CD: CodePipeline preferred
  • Search Index: AWS ElasticSearch preferred
  • Cache Memory: (any caching service) Redis preferred
  • Database: any cloud DB (AWS RDS postgres preferred)
  • Log Monitoring: (any monitoring tool) CloudWatch preferred
  • Content Management System: WordPress preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in server administration, build and maintenance of highly available cloud architectures
  • Should have extensive experience with Amazon Web Services in a clustered and loadbalanced environment
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery and integration
  • College degree in IT, Computer Science or similar fields
  • Excellent communicator
