    $60,000-$70,000/year base with up to $100,000 commission. About Usroomvu is the Content Factory for real estate agents entirely automating content production, publishing, advertising, and ultimately customer acquisition, historically reserved for large real estate operations. roomvu's smart content factory picks the trending topics using A.I., creates realtor-branded videos based on the topic, automatically publishes the videos on their Social Media and captures leads for them. We source and create the content, publish it, and optimize their Social Media ad campaigns using A.I. To date roomvu has acquired 200,000+ customers across Vancouver, Toronto, L.A, S.F, Miami, NY. Our Data is integrated with Most Real Estate Boards, Such as Vancouver, Toronto, and California Real Estate Boards, so it is always geographically relevant and credible.


    Role Overview:


    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Manager with extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry at an enterprise level.

    In this pivotal role, you'll drive our growth by forging strategic partnerships with credit unions and banks and securing major enterprise deals.

    Join our team and make a significant impact on our expanding footprintKey Responsibilities:
    Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with credit unions, banks, and potential enterprise partners within the mortgage industry.
    Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
    Achieve ambitious business development targets by securing at least 10 new partnerships within the first year.
    Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company goals.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to position our firm as a leader in the mortgage space.


    Qualifications:


    Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the Mortgage Industry in North America.

    Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and key players.
    Exceptional ability to network, influence, and negotiate with potential partners and stakeholders.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and negotiate deals.
    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
