Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Stay in touch with clients within specified turnaround times.
- Act as a dependable problem solver to ensure timely order processing.
- Provide precise quotes to clients.
- Verify approved orders for accuracy.
- Stay updated on lead times and communicate changes to clients when needed.
- Ensure quality assurance for project delivery.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience with Corporate/Educational Office Furniture is beneficial.
- Quoting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
