Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant - Vaughan, Canada - Treasure Hill
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings with homeowners and ensuring timely follow up
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the organization of documents
- Prepare bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Utilize accounting software or similar programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Types:
