Description
We are a Chartered Professional Accounting firm looking for a fulltime Administrative Assistant to join our team in South Surrey.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the main contact for our clients and the key person in the office.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Detail-oriented on all projects;
- Flexible and available for overtime;
- Able to work discreetly in a confidential environment;
- Effective communicator, critical thinker, organized, and team player.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clients;
- Handle payments and perform clerical tasks;
- Coordinate with staff and Partners to complete tasks;
- Prepare documents, file, scan; and
- Manage reception with a multiline telephone system.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Expected Hours: 37.50 per week
