Job Details
- Champion and execute vendor management best practices to maximize the value of supplier relationships across Platforms & Technology (P&T), ~$3Bn in annual spend with >1,000 vendors and 4,000 contracts
- Oversee P&T VMO Portfolio leads and VMs across the group supporting all of the CIOs and their leadership teams
- Monitor performance to develop an P&T view of suppliers
- Manage the P&T, Vendor Management Office providing governance across vendor investments, contract performance and risks; maximize the value of supplier relationships
- Execute governance with suppliers; drive exchange of information related to strategies, priorities, requirements, and disputes
- Provide governance to assure key vendor are operating in alignment with internal control and regulatory requirements
- Develop & deploy standard processes, controls and tools to assure consistent, cost effective contract management of the P&T vendor portfolio
- Support agenda in ensuring, monitoring and reporting appropriate/identified controls are in place
- Proactively identify and pursue value opportunities for P&T in partnership with SSG/Sourcing teams
- Provide reporting and third party monitoring to SSG
- Partner with SSG, Finance and Control Partners on Key Vendor Annual reviews, strategic development plans
