Qualifications:

Valid Project Management Professional (PMP)

or

PRINCE2 certification.

Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing complex technical projects in an IT sector.

Able to work 100% onsite at a Government of Saskatchewan office located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Local Knowledge

GOS is interested in understanding the Resource's experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape. Describe in detail.

Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large SaaS projects (budget of at least $500,000).

Provide project complexity, budget, and team size.

Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure. Emphasis on managing workload.

Demonstrated Project Management experience successfully managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project documents, such as status reports, budgets, project plans, proposals, and close-out documents including transition to productions.

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by experience working with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities. This includes practices and techniques to establish and lead a project through a governance framework (i.e., project team meetings to Executive Steering Committee meetings).

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on two (2) or more successful IT projects using Agile methodology

Certified as an organizational change management practitioner, while not required, is considered an asset.
**Agile or Scrum Master certification, while not required, is considered an asset.
