Qualifications:
- The General Manager should be actionoriented and have initiative
- Highvolume restaurant manager experience is a must
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and creativity are a must for the General Manager
- The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
