Our Kitchen Manager is responsible for delivering financial, operational, and people growth, all while maintaining a classy sense of humor.

You must have a strong understanding and ability to manage food costs and labor targets, as well as experience hiring, training, and mentoring a team.

The Kitchen Manager will strive to exceed the company's standard, mentor the kitchen staff, and keep the atmosphere as enjoyable as our finest bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.

As a manager for our company, you must be highly motivated, hardworking, energetic, experienced, and fully capable of leading a team of culinary professionals like a maestro conducting a gourmet orchestra.

Qualifications:

The Kitchen Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation, like the perfect wine pairing
Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are essential ingredients for the Kitchen Manager
A solid track record of achieving financial results as delightful as our culinary creations is necessary for the Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others, like a master sommelier nurturing their wine collection
High volume experience of 3+ years' experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager is necessary for this position, like the perfect seasoning in our signature dishes
