Job description:
- Temporary term 36 months with the possibility of extension
- Provide clerical support to the Engineering Department
- Help Engineering Manager with organizing and following up Engineering Department's projects and daily tasks
- Assist in releasing and printing drawings, procedures and other technical documents
- Attend internal and external design reviews meetings and take notes
- Check Bills Of Materials for accuracy
Job Specific Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in technical field or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Work experience as Engineering Admin in engineering office/firm is an asset
- Acceptable technology skills with computers and Microsoft Suite program (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is an asset
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to details
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform their duties in a safe and efficient manner
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
