We are currently seeking a dynamic-
IT Technician L1/2 who is bilingual, to join our team for a full-time & permanent role to help us support our client who is in the education sector, located in Montreal.
On-site position
What you'll do:
- Utilize your excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional user support
- Efficiently & effectively respond to all IT requests/issues
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge in resolving issues & requests pertaining to MS 365, Printers, iPads, Mac, Windows 10, IOS, Google Chrome, AD, Audio/Visual
What you'll need:
- 25 years of relevant experience in service desk support / IT Technician L1/L Ability to communicate in French & English, written & spoken
- A vehicle/driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in resolving issues & requests pertaining to MS 365, Printers, iPads, Mac, Windows 10, IOS, Google Chrome, AD, as well as knowledge Audio/Visual
