Summary:

We are recruiting for a full time
Office Administrator position in Calgary.

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities and Office Services, this front-line role will provide a variety of services to support internal and external customers.

Your positive 'can-do' work ethic, combined with strong communication and relationship building skills, will allow you to work effectively with your internal and external customers.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Provide effective office services support to internal customers.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries and shipments.
  • Provide coverage for main switchboard which includes answering, screening, and forwarding calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
  • Professionally greet all incoming customers and guests, ensuring they have an appropriate contact and are signed in and out of the visitor management system.
  • Assist with maintenance, monitoring and ordering of stationery and officerelated supplies.
  • Setup and cleanup for large office events.
  • Provide backup for all Office Services positions, as required.
  • Filing, data entry, scanning, invoice coding, and other office related duties.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High School Diploma, at minimum
  • Extensive and exceptional customer service experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous officerelated experience an asset
  • Previous reception experience an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good prioritizing, multitasking and decision making skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
