The Opportunity
SunMETA Group is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of an Administrative Assistant in Calgary, Alberta.
This position is in the Curriculum Department and will work with a collegial, fun, and supportive team
Key Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant is a core member of the SunMETA team
- Communicates and coordinates extensively
- Completes administrative tasks, updates information systems, supports projects, facilitates initiatives;
- Works effectively in a supportive, collaborative team setting
- Supports other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postsecondary diploma required (degree is an asset).
- Excellent grammar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and phone communication experience (surveying, cold calling, or sales/call center)
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel. PowerPoint
- Technologically savvy with an eye for efficiencies
- Willing and able to work within a team environment on independent tasks
- Superb communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and wellorganized
- Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fastpaced, supportive environment
- Detailoriented, selfmotivated and able to derive satisfaction from completing tasks well ontime.
- Able to prioritize daily and weekly tasks; a proven ability to meet deadlines.
