JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To provide all areas of the Banquet hall with a capacity of 1300 with clean, sanitized dishware on a timely basis.
  • In this role you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and facility, ensuring strict adherence to proper sanitation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining quality and speed of output.
  • Washing Dishes
  • Polishing of tableware's
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation
  • Following all food safety standards vigilantly
  • Adherence to cost control guidelines

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to maintain sense of urgency, keep momentum and work independently.
  • A positive, outgoing personality.
  • Cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and food production spaces
  • Operation and maintenance of the dish cleaning areas
  • Management and storage of daily waste including garbage, cardboard, and recycling.
  • Adherence to company, municipal and provincial guidelines as they relate to food safety and safe workplace environments.
Execute and maintain cleanliness standards as prescribed


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
$16.75-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
