Rent a Car Service Agent - Mississauga, Canada - ACE /Iversta Car Rental
Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Coordinate vehicle reservations and ensure availability
- Promote additional services and upgrades to customers
- Keep the rental office clean and organized
Experience:
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle 50lb
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Providing a clear driving and police records
