Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
  • Process rental agreements and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
  • Coordinate vehicle reservations and ensure availability
  • Promote additional services and upgrades to customers
  • Keep the rental office clean and organized

Experience:


  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle 50lb
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
  • Providing a clear driving and police records
