Administrative Assistant - Vaughan, Canada - Canada Tax Reviews
Description
Duties:
- Collection of supporting documents from debt clients as well as completing assessment forms with them once signed up.
- Managing automatic payments and issuing sales receipts
- Maintain relationships and contact with trustees regarding our clients
- Following up with clients over the phone, as well as being available for any questions
- Maintaining professional communication politeness, empathy and patience
Minimum Requirements:
- Postsecondary education or equivalent
- Two or more years of administrative experience
- Excellent written/verbal/electronic communication skills
- Proven experience interacting with senior management
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Highly organized and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Exemplary written and oral communication in English
- Attention to detail
Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
