Who we need:

What you will do:

Teach and mentor students in a variety of facetoface and online courses.
Foster student success through a commitment to a superior student experience.
Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Associate Dean of Business.
Participate in faculty

- and student-related committees and meetings.

Contribute to developing and reviewing academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Engage in scholarly activities (Theory Application/Integration, Learning & Teaching) and intellectual events (conferences, colloquiums, etc.).

What you bring:

Master's degree in a businessrelated discipline (Strategy, HR, Economics, Sales, IT Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, etc.). A doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
At least 3 years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level; clear evidence of superior teaching and mentorship skills.
Industry experience and interdisciplinary expertise.
Ability to learn and use various teaching technologies and experiential learning practices.
Advanced fluency in spoken and written English.
High levels of confidence, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
Student centricity, realworld learning, best teaching practices, pedagogical innovation, and a lifelong love of learning.
Strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
