Who we need:

What you will do:

  • Teach and mentor students in a variety of facetoface and online courses.
  • Foster student success through a commitment to a superior student experience.
  • Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Associate Dean of Business.
  • Participate in faculty
- and student-related committees and meetings.

  • Contribute to developing and reviewing academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Engage in scholarly activities (Theory Application/Integration, Learning & Teaching) and intellectual events (conferences, colloquiums, etc.).

What you bring:

  • Master's degree in a businessrelated discipline (Strategy, HR, Economics, Sales, IT Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, etc.). A doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level; clear evidence of superior teaching and mentorship skills.
  • Industry experience and interdisciplinary expertise.
  • Ability to learn and use various teaching technologies and experiential learning practices.
  • Advanced fluency in spoken and written English.
  • High levels of confidence, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
  • Student centricity, realworld learning, best teaching practices, pedagogical innovation, and a lifelong love of learning.
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
