Duties & Responsibilities:

Inbound/Outbound order processing: Accurately receive, ship, and label product, pick up product from inventoried locations and pack orders efficiently and accurately for delivery
Ability to operate industrial powered forklifts
Diagnose and repair mobility equipment, assessing issues with manual and power devices, troubleshoot functionality
Perform safety checks on forklifts and other equipment within the warehouse
Maintain and organize warehouse equipment to ensure a safe and clean work area
Organize warehouse to easy access to parts and product
Ensuring high standards of service while maintaining operation efficiency and a cohesive relationship with other departments
Provide labour support when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ years' work experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to lift over 50lbs independently
Experience operating industrial forklift equipment, manual and power devices, repair equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand for long periods
Strong communication skills with other team members, and with internal and external customers
Organized and detail oriented with great problemsolving skills
Team player who works well under pressure, independently and as a member of a team
Basic computer skills including knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type 50+ WPM
Fluent in written and verbal English
Applicants must hold valid work authorization in Canada
