    We are experts in all things related to glass. Established in 1962 with a single shop in Seattle, Washington, Glass Doctor now provides fast and affordable glass services across the USA and Canada with numerous locations. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service, proficient in handling various situations on a day-to-day basis.

    This is a full-time, permanent position requiring work five days a week.


    **Requirements**:

    The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure, possess strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service experience. The ability to learn quickly, coupled with excellent organizational skills, is crucial. Patience, along with personal suitability, will be assessed during the selection process. Some weekend work might be necessary.

    **Job Description**:
    • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and return missed calls within 10 minutes whenever possible
    • Schedule quotes and installations for technicians
    • Provide quotes, take orders, do follow-up calls, order supplies and glass products
    • Quote basic glass services and automotive glass services
    • Ensure timely responses to all emails
    • Sell flat glass services to customers as needed
    • Order custom glass units, process orders, take payments, create invoices
    • Perform additional duties as required, including cross-training in related roles, filing, organizing, and general cleaning
    • Ensure accurate data entry of all invoices, orders, and quotes in our scheduling software
    • Address customer complaints and requests
    • Assist walk-in clients by providing quotes and other glass services
    **Job Requirements**:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Attention to detail
    • Strong desire and ambition for personal growth and success
    • Ability to follow multi-step instructions
    • Quick learner
    • Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is advantageous
    • Proficient in computers with knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheets, along with high typing speeds
    • Superb communication skills
    • Efficiency, good organizational skills, and time management abilities
    • Minimum requirement of a high school education
    • Fluency in English is a must
