Position Overview:


This position focuses on maintaining seamless workflow, supporting continuity and output of orders, as well as a good public image for Pacific First Aid.

It includes customer service, invoicing, order fulfillment, and much more.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assisting Sales lead in operations
  • Prepare products for shipping or pick up
  • Generating invoices
  • Creating rapport with clients and creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Pack and build kits
  • Selfmanage workflow and large orders
  • Handle receiving and storing of products
  • Effective management of warehouse space
  • Working with online retail platforms
  • Keep tabs on all the specifics related to what is coming in or going out of the company
  • Keeping electronic files accurate and uptodate for tracking orders
  • Arrange the particulars of deliveries
  • Inspect for damage, verify correctness, and input information into inventory records
  • Keep clients posted on the status of their orders
  • Provide a headsup and do what they can to minimize inconvenience if delays or unexpected situations arise
  • Handle replacements when incorrect goods arrive
  • Send out new items and file claims with the carrier if orders are damaged in transit
  • Continuously seek creative solutions
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma

Fluency in English

Friendliness and good work ethic

Strong organizational skills

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work well with team members as well as in isolation

Ability to set priorities and work effectively under pressure of deadlines

Accountable and resourceful - does not need micromanagement


Additional skills, qualifications, and experience
Previous customer service and warehouse management an asset

Fluency in Second language is an asset

Self-driven and internally motivated

Effective and empathetic communication

Enjoys fast paced environments and meeting deadlines

Teachable and ready to do on the job training

Maturity in dealing with customers and colleagues

Honest and able to receive constructive feedback in order to improve performance

Highly accountable and dependable

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $18.00/hour.
