What You Get to Do:

Influence and execute the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy.
Oversee and facilitate thirdparty vendors and service providers.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure code quality meets minimum requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Lead and guide interrelated development and operational activities.
Escalate project risks and vendor concerns to IT and Business leadership.
Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.
Monitor project progress and provide technical release consultation.
Assist the team in troubleshooting technical challenges.
Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
Proven ability to lead technical teams.
Strong understanding of overall IT architecture
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms to nonIT stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
