We are looking to hire an analytical person to join the team as a Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring our telematics with relation to compliance (i.e., HOS, Elogs, Driving Infractions, etc.).

Duties & Responsibilities_
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Audit Driver Logs and provide retraining or discipline where necessary.
- Monitor and track driver hours of service to ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends to provide guidance on compliance matters.
- Review videos downloaded from GeoTab platform to identify unsafe driving behaviours in real time.
- Maintain well organized records and reports for auditing purposes.
- Ensure drivers/staff are trained on relevant software.
- All other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications_
- GeoTab Experience a strong asset, but not required.
- Wellorganized, punctual, and computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in the transportation industry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of transportation compliance regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, e.g., making recommendations to management and other staff with regard to compliance.
