Job Description:

We are looking to hire an analytical person to join the team as a Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the administration of accidents and for licensing our equipment

  • Duties & Responsibilities _
Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents.
Responsible for data management and data entry into our Database - Collective Data.
Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers).
Renewal of licenses (plates and permits).
Monitor and maintain CVOR/NIR and DOT.
Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management.
Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owner-operators.
All other tasks as assigned by Management.

  • Qualifications _
Licensing/Plating experience a strong asset.
Accident Investigation experience a strong asset.
Well-organized, punctual, and computer literate - with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in the transportation industry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
Thorough understanding of transportation compliance regulations and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, e.g., making recommendations to management and other staff with regard to compliance.
