Role Description-
How You'll Succeed

  • 1. Building business relationship Meet with business and cross functional teams to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forwardlooking plan. Use your knowledge of Application and Development and Support in corporate areas to help business meet their goals. 2. Adapting to Change Be an advocate for change and help minimize ambiguity for the teams during the change. Leveraging technology Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge by introducing team to new enabling technologies and frameworks to better manage the environment and gain measurable efficiencies. What you will do:
  • Prepare and validate solution design documents, ensuring scope, clarity and adherence to technology standards.
  • Guide a diverse team of technology development and support professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and assists team members in solving organizational, operational, and process challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Extensive software development experience with robust communication and presentation skills.
  • Who you are:
  • Over 10+ years of experience in creating solutions that aligns with business needs.
  • Knowledfe of ITSM and SDLC frameworks and related processes.
  • Experience with Development , VB and C# with SQL as a DB in the backend.
  • Some familiarity with Mainframe systems will be an asset
  • Overall understanding of IT risk identification and mitigation.
  • Proven Leadership in solution delivery, involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Expertise in building and integrating external systems using SOAP/REST API connectors.
  • Continually evolves thinking and methodologies to achieve excellence.
  • Empowers and enables continuous improvement and achievement within the team.

  • The base salary for this position is between
    $89,800*:
  • $166,300** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.-
