Founded in 1973, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting B.C Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids.

Kirmac currently operates 18 locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities:


  • Bring leadership and operational knowledge to our highperformance body shop
  • Oversee operations
  • Build lasting customer connections
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment
  • Lead and train teammates

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience managing a Collision Repair shop.
  • Wellverses on the latest repair methods, technology and materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient with brilliant people skills.
  • Brilliant work references.
