Founded in 1973, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting B.C Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids.

Kirmac currently operates 18 locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities:

Bring leadership and operational knowledge to our highperformance body shop
Oversee operations
Build lasting customer connections
Develop and maintain a positive work environment
Lead and train teammates

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing a Collision Repair shop.
Wellverses on the latest repair methods, technology and materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and efficient with brilliant people skills.
Brilliant work references.
