Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group are looking for Part-time Merchandise staff to join their Lansdowne Sports team. The Merchandise staff will work in the Lansdowne Sports store, games and events at TD Place and Lansdowne to ensure each fan and guest has an exceptional experience This position would provide part time hours throughout the week and weekends

_ What you'll do:
_

Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner;
Assist guests with entering TD Place;
Fulfill online orders;
Support customer in locating merchandise;
Product knowledge pertaining to all event merchandise;
Maintain merchandise kiosk/store/warehouse in presentable fashion;
Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations.

_ What's needed:
_

Professional and neat presentation;
The ability to provide excellent customer service;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Highly organized and attentive to detail;
The ability to lift 40 pounds;
The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
The ability to stand for extended periods;
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
POS experience is an asset;
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
