Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Coordinator is employed to assist in the coordination of office tasks, process data entry, order supplies and act as a team player assisting in a cross functional team.
Position Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Data Entry and clerical work in SAP, excel and existing systems.
- Arrange for couriers and distribute mail.
- Management of Factory Calendar.
- Generation and monitoring of paperwork supply for production.
- Monitoring office visits with their points of contact.
- Coordination of employee assets including uniforms, and supplies.
- Ordering of food for meetings and employee events.
- Ordering, monitoring and organizing Office Supplies.
- Processing Purchase Orders for Operations invoices.
- Backup for Maintenance and Materials consumable purchases.
- Administers and monitors Building Access.
- Work with Finance, Quality Assurance, Production and Human Resources, on various tasks.
- Update communication / KPI Board.
- Ensuring documents are maintained with the most up to date version in our document control system.
- Generating of KPI's and reports as required.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Ability to communicate and work with all relevant associates, stakeholders and resources in a frequently changing and challenging supply chain/manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision in a fastpaced environment.
- Solid computer skills including MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP.
