Order Management Administrator to join our team. This position can be based out of our Winnipeg or our Ste Agathe, MB facility. Travel between the facilities may be required periodically. This position can be eligible for our Hybrid Remote Work Program.


SCOPE:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:


  • Providing dedicated support to assigned customer accounts
  • Keeping sales team informed of all activity pertaining to client accounts
  • Supporting the sales team through data entry and data validation
  • Monitor order status, and advise other teams of sales order changes, unusual orders, or larger volume orders to ensure efficient processing
  • Daily monitor all orders that have shipped and save POD confirmation of deliveries
  • Maintain customer and product portals.
  • Answering inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, or redirecting phone calls to other team members
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Assist Finance Department in providing PO backups in a timely manner, researching account discrepancies, creating Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and investigating claims.
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline processes and provide necessary order data to support business decisions.
  • Work with third party warehouses to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Process, monitor, and close shipments via EDI
  • Present ideas and recommendations to streamline processes and improve day to day operations based on customer interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2 years' experience in an Order Management, Customer Care Representative or other account customer management roles
  • Familiar with EDI systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills written and verbal communication skills. Strong English is essential and bilingualism (English & French) is considered as an asset
  • Ability to travel between the Winnipeg and Ste Agathe facilities when needed.
