ISB is looking for a new Information Specialist to join is Awesome Team

Job Types:
Full-time, 6 month Contract with the potential of moving into a permanent position


Office Location:
Guelph, ON


Information Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Processing orders of documents for Insurance claim purposes.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports/results being sent to the client.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with ISB clients and vendors across North America
  • Answering incoming telephone calls with a high level of customer service
  • Process mail (manual or electronic) promptly
  • Ensure monthly and yearly goals and expectations are met
  • Attend meetings, training, seminars, and events assigned by the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager

Information Specialist Requirements:


  • High school diploma or associate's degree
  • Experience as an fastpaced setting office
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Proactive (cando) attitude
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook)
  • Multitasking, Problemsolver, Quick Learner
  • Inbound calls/call centre experience
  • Customer care (preferably 2 years in a call center or admin typed environment)

Bonus:


  • Great regional knowledge (within Ontario)
  • Bilingual English/French
