Our student and new graduate programs offer a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside.

What will you do?

  • Support the implementation of a pilot program for development of diverse talent including:
  • Project coordination and administrative support to coordinate and organize key activities
  • Collect and send program feedback to DEI Director
  • Provides ideas to enhance the program based upon collected feedback
  • Conduct research on various DE&I topics as needed to share current thinking and best practices
  • Actively contribute to other DE&I initiatives in support of our DE&I strategy

  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
  • Data centric mindset with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities
  • Selfmotivation and ability to work independently.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
