Who we need


Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for a Product Owner that will oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of all products in an assigned portfolio, including a new product for 2023.

You will build relationships with clients to understand how they use our products and where there are further opportunities for product engagement and feature development.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, on the product roadmap, client relationships and satisfaction, and business development opportunities.

What you will focus on

  • Champion. You will be the product expert, drawing on crossfunctional knowledge and customer feedback to drive our existing and new solutions.
  • Plan. You will create the Statement of Work (SOW) for new modifications based on industry regulation and compliance changes, as well as client demand. You will consult with clients and meet with internal developers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate.

You will work with the following teams:

  • Business Development and Sales, to contribute to RFPs, designs, costs, and timelines for the delivery of modifications.
  • Marketing and Sales, to promote the solutions and highlight new functionalities.
  • Project Management, Development, and Implementation, to oversee the architecture, development, deployment, and implementation of new releases.
  • Client Services, to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and optimize product roadmap accordingly.
  • Network and promote. You will present solution updates and enhancements at industry and user conferences; visit clients onsite periodically to consult and elicit feedback.
  • Continuously improve. You will keep up with industry trends and requirements as well as competitors, identifying gaps and potential market opportunities.

What you bring

  • Experience. You have proven success as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering multiple B2B products. You are innovative, solutionoriented, and entrepreneurial with exposure to one or more of the following industries: loans, mortgages, or real estate. You have experience working closely with customers to gain insights into their processes and practical needs, eliciting requirements for new features and writing technical specifications to guide the work of a software engineering team.

You have proven expertise in:

  • Balancing multiple concurrent projects and completing deliverables on time.
  • Planning and designing endtoend feature development.
  • Taking a highlevel concept and breaking it down, identifying deliverables, tools, and resources.
  • Managing and executing the roadmap to optimize solutions.
  • Leadership. You can gain trust and respect, nurturing collaborative relationships to influence the work of a Development team. You can offer guidance and advice based on broad and deep knowledge of various techniques, tools, and methodologies. You believe in keeping up to date with, and implementing, best practices.
  • Technical knowledge. You have worked on designing products and have the technical understanding of browserbased systems, architecture, and SQL to have intelligent conversations on design, infrastructure, files, screens, menus, and feasibility of feature requests.
  • Interpersonal skills. You have professional communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience. You express patience and empathy with customers. You can build impactful working relationships within and across teams. You have a deep appreciation for diverse opinions and approaches.
