What's the role?
Our payment solution for Salesforce NPSP users, Brickwork, is one of the most highly rated apps on the App Exchange.
While a small piece of our business currently, it is growing rapidly and so we are investing for future growth.
The Portfolio Growth Manager - Salesforce Solutions will help us get there; focused on growing engagement and revenue from iATS Payments solutions within the nonprofit Salesforce community.
It's a direct impact role and will be measured by the ability to drive engagement, new partner/customer pipeline and revenue growth.
Who are you?
You are a high energy sales/service professional with deep experience and passion for nonprofit technology as well as a solid grasp of how nonprofits leverage Salesforce to run their organization.
You are equally comfortable building out partner specific engagement strategies as you are getting on a demo with a nonprofit customer.
You understand that payments are much more than just transactions in the nonprofit world, and that the relationships you build now will be important for years to come.
Responsibilities:
- Become a champion of iATS Payment solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem including key Salesforce stakeholders, the SI (System Integrated) community, solution partners and nonprofits
- Increase profile in the various communities served, engage in forums, share content, deliver presentations that position you as a thought leader in the space
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure the solution roadmap meets the needs of our customers as well as revenue growth expectations
- Identify ways to deepen our relationship with to increase awareness and support for iATS Payments solutions
- Identify key consulting & SI partners to ensure they have access to the tools and information required to deploy iATS Payments solutions to their nonprofit clients
- Evolve to include other platforms equivalent to Salesforce (IE: Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot etc...)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in business or related field
- Some experience in nonprofit payment industry or related field
- Significant experience working with Salesforce
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in nonprofit payment and sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving growth results
- Ability to demonstrate a tactical sales approach with individual clients, as well as more consultative approach for our partners
- A selfstarter, multitasker and ability to work with mínimal supervision
