The role:
As a Program Manager, you are responsible for organizing and managing sophisticated tasks and projects across the Web Services organization.
You will have Program Management responsibilities for the overall Web Hosting Platform (Portal, Applications, eCommerce, Billing systems, and APIs) and their related Services.
With a focus on process improvement, you will rely on your experience to identify efficiencies and implement optimization opportunities of both software systems and/or business processes, as well as the creation of scalable frameworks helping to launch new products to the market in a timely manner.
- Manage crossfunctional portfolio of programs and initiatives.
- Manages full program lifecycle to include definition, scope, and schedule.
- Lead both Business and Development organizations in defining partner and product requirements. Represents the Technical organizations in discussions with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and other Partnerfacing teams.
- Develop tactical and strategic plans to support the product roadmap.
- Support internal and external requests for reporting, partner onboarding, partner configuration/branding, and product design across the Product suite.
- Manage operational aspects of program(s) leveraging custom processes and/or software tools
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of cross functional program and project management
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies (LEAN Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of reporting platforms, how the internet works, APIs, and billing systems
- Demonstrated ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources
