- Maintain systems stability by monitoring performance and usage for high availability across the full stack
- Coordinate the delivery of systems, environments, and sites
- Manage product toolsets, add-ons, plugins, and extensions
- Ensure system access security compliance across groups
- Supervise license updates and renewals for product toolsets
- Advocate best practices for toolset usage
- Assist in organizing and maintaining data within the toolset
- 3-5 years of experience with project/task management and development tools
- Proficiency in supporting Agile and Development toolsets in a Cloud Environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Cloud Technologies
- Strong organizational skills and a penchant for clean data
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Additional assets include experience with Active Directory, Azure, Power Platform, and Infrastructure as Code
- Intermediate proficiency in English for effective communication
