Bizerba is looking for an experienced Dispatch Customer Service Representative to provide and support excellent customer service throughout the organization.
Our goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations.
This is an on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule the daily workloads of Service Technicians to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure that Service calls are attended as per schedule and that required return visits are attended with mínimal delay.
- Maintain communications with customers throughout the process.
- Maintain communications with production and sales teams when required.
- Follow through and ensure that service calls are closed and invoiced promptly.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset but not required.
- 35 years of Service Technician dispatch experience. Weighing, labelling, printing, food processing industries experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with dispatch systems, MS Dynamics, SAP.
- Display a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for customers and coworkers.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications.
- Have outstanding attention to detail, organization, planning and problem solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
