MAJOR PURPOSE

  • Lead and develop a highly productive and engaged marketing team, to increase brand awareness and qualified inbound lead generation to increase sales. Responsible for the daytoday operations of the Marketing Department, including managing Marketing Team, managing marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Research and implement digital marketing strategies to increase qualified inbound lead generation.
  • Be the champion and implementer of the "They Ask, You Answer" framework
  • Provide relevant reporting and analytics to identify growth opportunities: o Key results and predetermined KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, etc.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Identify new opportunities for lead generation
  • Own the use of our marketing technology platforms
  • Coordinate with our Content Manager and Videographer, on the scope and direction of content creation
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team on lead qualification, marketingtosales handoff processes etc.
  • Nurture and coach marketing team members
  • Conduct research to gather customer and market insights
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Oversee Marketing department budget
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team to understand business objectives and revenue goals as part of the strategy development process
  • Proactively study digital marketing trends and news to inform growth strategies and opportunities
  • Oversee paid media advertising campaigns
  • Own our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience

  • Participate and endorse IMPACT training and "They Ask, You Answer" framework in all marketing

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Exceptional understanding of SEO

Relevant Work Experience:


  • Minimum five years experience in managing a Marketing team
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Minimum five years experience with SEO and PPC strategies and best practices
  • Historical track record of success in a digital marketing role
  • Public relations/communications experience an asset

Job Types:

Salary:
$85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
