Description
Centura Tile is hiring for a highly experienced customer service representative to join our order desk team.

They will work under the direction of the order desk supervisor and operations manager to execute a high volume of order entry and customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform duties such as order entry, filing, resolving customer inquiries, showroom product knowledge, etc.
  • Collaborate with order desk members, sales team as well as the shipping office to fulfill customer needs

Skills:


  • Flooring experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/customer requests in a timely fashion
  • Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
  • Prior order desk / customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with computerized systems for customer support

Pay:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
