Order Entry - Burnaby, Canada - Centura Tile
Description
Centura Tile is hiring for an experienced customer service representative to fit into our order desk team.They will work under the direction of the order desk supervisor and operations manager to execute tasks and daily job functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining active customer orders to ensure they are executed accordingly
- Perform duties such as filing, scanning and organizing as well as maintaining a clean work space
- Utilize office systems and computerized tools to efficiently handle customer requests
- Collaborate with order desk members, sales team as well as the shipping office
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/customer requests in a timely fashion
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Prior order desk / customer service experience
- Flooring experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for customer support
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
